Ciabo Software Solutions ("Ciabo," "we," "us," or "our") built this page to give you a clear, honest look at what information we collect through software.ciabo.co, why we collect it, and how it's used. We don't sell your data, and we don't use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this site.
Information We Collect
Consultation requests
When you fill out the "Schedule a Call" form, your name, email, phone number, company, project details, and any message you enter are sent directly to our inbox via your own email client (a standard mailto: link) — this information does not pass through or get stored on our servers or in a database. It's only used to follow up with you about your inquiry.
Invoice payments
If you're an existing client paying an invoice through a link we've sent you, that page displays invoice details (amount, description, due date) retrieved from our payments system, and processes payment through Stripe. We do not store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly and is PCI-DSS compliant. We retain invoice metadata (amount, status, and the email address the invoice was issued to) to keep accurate business records.
Interactive demos
The sample apps under /demo and the component gallery under /ui-library run entirely on temporary, in-memory dummy data in your browser. Nothing you type into a demo — client names, fake messages, sample photos — is saved, transmitted, or seen by us. Refreshing the page clears it.
Automatically collected information
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure logs standard technical data for security and reliability purposes — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We don't currently run analytics or advertising trackers on this site. This page and its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log requests for those font files per Google's own privacy policy.
How We Use Information
- To respond to consultation requests and scope potential engagements
- To process and reconcile payments for services already agreed upon
- To maintain the security and reliability of our site and services
Cookies
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this site. If that changes — for example, if we add analytics in the future — we'll update this policy first.
Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of trusted third parties to run this site and our business:
- Stripe — payment processing for client invoices
- Google Fonts — web font delivery
- Our hosting and infrastructure providers
Each of these has its own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review.
Data Retention
We keep invoice and payment records for as long as reasonably necessary for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. We don't retain a database of consultation requests beyond our own email inbox.
Your Rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info.software@ciabo.co. We'll respond as quickly as we reasonably can.
Children's Privacy
This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
If we materially change how we collect or use information, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
