These terms govern your use of software.ciabo.co (the "Site") and any interactive demos, tools, or forms on it. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

The Site

This Site is a marketing and informational property for Ciabo Software Solutions ("Ciabo," "we," "us"). It describes our services and pricing, hosts interactive product demos, lets visitors request a consultation, and lets existing clients pay invoices.

Interactive Demos

The sample apps under /demo and the component gallery under /ui-library are provided to illustrate what we build — they run on temporary, in-memory dummy data, are not connected to any real business, and don't process real payments, messages, or bookings. They're provided "as is" for demonstration purposes, with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Pricing & Estimates

Prices shown on this Site — including the Services page, the interactive demos, and our pricing overview document — are starting estimates for typical engagements. They are not binding quotes. Final scope and pricing for any engagement are agreed upon separately, in writing, after a requirements session.

Scheduling a Consultation

Submitting the "Schedule a Call" form sends your message to us via email. It does not create a contract, engagement, or obligation on either side — it's simply a way to start a conversation.

Invoice Payments

If you're an existing client, invoice links direct you to a page where you can review and pay an outstanding invoice via Stripe. Payment terms, refunds, and cancellations for actual engagements are governed by the separate service agreement or statement of work between you and Ciabo, not by these Site terms.

Intellectual Property

The content, design, and branding of this Site belong to Ciabo Software Solutions. The Ciabo UI component library referenced on this Site is separately licensed — see the Ciabo UI page for its specific licensing terms.

Acceptable Use

Please don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, scrape at scale, or otherwise misuse this Site or its demos in a way that harms us or other visitors.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and its demos are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ciabo Software Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
